If you love your family members DO NOT send them here! The staff is lazy and does nothing but harass people. They only care about getting "me" time and they get it by FORCING the residents into bed by 7pm! The only workers that care about the residents the rest of the staff and management try to get them to quit by harassing them. I hope the state inspects this place without a notice so they can see how these poor people are really treated and that they fire the managers, nurses, and cnas that do nothing but sit and text all day instead of caring for the residents.

My mother was in your care for three plus years. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The care the staff gave my Mother was beyond the norm. The help and thoughtfullness during her final days was way beyond what was expected and my siblings and I could not have gotten through that trying time without them. God Bless the Sunnybrook Staff. Sincerely Nancy Young - Sue Tedrows daughter. Again God Bless you. My prayers are with you all always.
