Response: Agree, after a very frustrating experience with this facility, it is not for everyone or especially someone who needs care in a reasonable time frame. Food was cold, and bland either they are understaffed or staff is in no hurry to assist. Appears medications are dispensed at nurses discretion. Must note that there are some of the staff that care caring and concerned for their patients but unfortunately not enough of them.

The nursing staff and supervision does not listen to family or patient regarding medical concerns. The "house physician" does not see the patients, but prescribes over the phone via the nurses "opinions". The new administrator is very approachable, but needs a better team.
