The care at this place is horrible. The staff is very unattentive to their patients - they are unskilled with necessary procedures such as a drain tube for lungs. They do not check on patients when the call button is pushed or they come in, turn it off and say they will be back- but dont come back. I had to have my mother call the nurses station or the nursing director directly when she was at this facility. The patients are left alone in their bathrooms without supervision when they are supposed to have it. They do not get moved around while in their bed and unable to move themselves causing bed sores and pain. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who hopes for recovery of a patient.

Aurora Rehab is by far the WORST facility in the area. They are always short of staff, there are never enough supplies, the patients are not being taken care of in a proper manner. The staff have bad attitudes which is probably because they are being over worked! I would NOT recommend you send your loved one to this facility they will be neglected!!

Facility looks nice and smells good, but the care is horrible. The Cna staff leave personal items in people's rooms. The administrator is not receptive to conversation, and when i inquired about a corporate contact number to bring my concerns to, i was told there wasn't one. I later found this to be false (apex healthcare solutions). The staff, in general, seem to be there only for a paycheck. I do not recommend this facility under any circumstances. There were a few good employees but they are no longer there. I intend to move my family member out asap.
