The CNAS have no respect to the residents and the nurses. Overall care is fair. The nurses get cussed out in front of visitors from the DON!!! She is very verbally abusive. The front is a click and lazy. They gossip more than jr high kids!!! The staff is under paid and have no benefits. Very bad employers!!!

I am extremely unhappy with the staff. They were rude and only seem to have the homes best interest at heart, not the people living there. They always seem to have alot of open rooms avalable, now I know why!

If you have a family member @ this facility, GET them out of there. I have witness verbal abuse of residents. Also, when a resident needs help & presses their call button, It goes off for more than 20 minutes. I have also witness residents waiting to go to bathroom for over 30 minutes in their wheelchair. The nurse is very abusive & the aides do no care for the residents. The just stand around talking while the alarms go off. Please visit your family member more often and you will see for yourself. I urge you to find another place. Residents that can't walk, stay in their wheel chair for more than 8 hours. The front office people have a click and if you don't fit in, they don't want you there.

This place is nothing as it appears! The front office people are very rude and lack respect for everyone. They treat the CNAs and NURSES terrible! All the smiles they give you is a front! DONT BE FOOLED
