My father was in Brentwood for only six days before we removed him and took care of him ourselves for Alzheimer's, within three days he was so much better with us taking care of him. They did not inform us that he was on risperidone (Risperdal), a medicine for schizophrenics, in which he is not nor ever been. We feel he was on risperidone (Risperdal) to knock him out all day and night so they wouldn't have to deal with him. The staff would not answer our questions and we were told to ask the administration, when the administration were asked the questions they gave us the run around. The so called Doctor was very rude and uninformed. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had a very positive experience at the facility. I thought the staff was tremendous, helpful and friendly. The building is clean, odor free and the food is very good. The therapy services are incredible. The therapy department did an exceptional job in rehabilitation and I could never be more thankful.

If you have family or loved ones that are to be admitted into this center, whether it be for nursing or rehabilitation...RETHINK THIS CHOICE!!! The service offered to their patients is substandard at best. Be sure to do your research becasue there is SURELY another facility that you can send your family/friend to and expect that they receive the very best of care. The place looks shabby, the staff are NOT attentive and their physical therapist(s) are almost nonexistent. Choose wisely, your loved ones care depends on it.
