My Mother was at Lakeview in January 2015. The staff ratio is NOT what is quoted. She had to BEG for a CNA to help turn her or help her to the toilet. The frequently ignored most patients calls, the nursing staff was non-respondent to patients call lights and the staff did NOT adhere to proper sanitation or hand-washing procedures. My mother wound up contracting CDiff and subsequently DIED as a result of Lakeview's grossly negligent care. This facility ought to be investigated!!!

My mother was cared for for eight years by Lakewiew Nursing Center. I have the upmost respect for the staff of Lakeview and their loving care given to my mother while a resident there. It was only due to the care from their dedicated staff that my mother survived several serious problems her doctors didn't think she could recover from. The facility is always clean and well maintained. It is bright and confortable, not dark and dreary as some facilities I have visited. My mother never had any problems of any type while living and being cared for there. Mom loved Lakeview, it was her home and the staff her second family. I would recommend Lakeview to anyone looking for a caring facility for their parent or relative. I visited my mom there often and in my personal opinion, it is the best facility on the coast and I have been in them all. I can never thank them enough for the wonderful care given to my late mother.
