This place has extremely rude staff starting with the man at the front desk. The facility looks like it houses homeless people all walking around aimlessly. The smell of urine and bowels is so overwhelming in the halls it can make you want to vomit. It's difficult to locate a nurse on the floor and when you do they seem to not know or care about the person in question. Multiple patients per room with no privacy or sanitary separation. I would not recommend my dog to this place. It is obvious they are banking on federal money and not returning it into the rehab or maintanence of the place. They need to use the funds for fumigating and professional personal training. I am shocked it even got 3 stars. Stay away!!

I've talked to staff long distance many times. It's 50/50 if you talk to one who sounds positive about helping you and giving good customer service. My primary complaint is that the patient phone line connection is horrible and they expect the patients to communicate with their love ones??!! This is a for-profit nursing home that accepts much Federal money. A phone line is a primary communication link to loved ones. I have talked to staff several times about it over the last months. Does no one care about the people they serve. I challenge anyone to call their patient line and speak to someone. I can never understand the loved one I have there and it is beyond frustrating. I call the nurses' line instead sometimes-and of course they don't like this scenario. One call to the phone company could solve this problem. If I were there, I would have this done for the good of the patients. I would like a response from the management.
