Would like to know how their waiting list works?? You get called for appt to see as potential candidate, but then other potential candidates are called in too, so practically they let you on this running chase of gathering information and who gets in first will get the appt. How is that considered fair? The list of information needed that you have been given upon application is irrelevant because it is a whole bunch of other stuff that you need to obtain if interested in appt. So, retirees who have been dedicated their life in hard work and earn their retirement have zero chance of getting their appt here, especially the one with lower rent. If you have higher income, then they purposely eliminate you because they want to rent out higher rent appt to you. Unbelievable!!!!

Who wrote this review? None of this is correct. When relative can't reach their loved ones they call the office and ask if they could check on them, they are told that we don't do that. A couple of people have died and it was a few days before anyone found them.
