The only thing this place has going for them, is their cleanliness and that's about it. I've heard through the grape vine, that this place is understaffed and not well managed. First off, the care givers are mostly always on their phone or just nowhere to be found (doesn't sound safe). Secondly, the management there is very friendly to your face but can be spiteful behind it. I've heard that cnas are Mis-treated and always looked down and always barked at for everything little thing by either the nurse, or office staffing. Finally, they don't have adequate equipment for the caregivers, I heard. They make caregivers transfer a person; which means a 3-4 people transfer. This isn't safe for the resident nor staff. Please don't bother with this @#$% show of place.

Response: I will tell you. You're concerns are extremely valid and things that I have personally witnessed visiting at the facility

Response: This is very true. Office staff will smile to family members in their face but once your loved ones are their its completely different. Office staff becomes best friends with certain cnas and if you don't kiss up to management they will gain up on you in their office until you feel like walking out. Caregivers do not allow the residents to finish eating they will take their plates because management wants them to be on a schedule and pay them no overtime from leaving late. The director Pam daughter works in housekeeping in barley cleans nor listen to her boss and Eileen the director who is best friends with Pam allows Shannon to getaway with it. This place is full of drama the the turnover for caregivers are extremely high because they treat you like trash .
