My relative was at this facility. She became unresponsive, the doctor ordered that she be sent to the hospital, but the facility was busy checking blood tests and whatever else. She passed away at the hospital when she finally did reach there late despite the doctor's orders. We can't understand why incompetent nurses and administration are in charge of nursing care that is so delicate. We have contacted a lawyer. Apparently, substandard care is common in the facilities owned by this team according to the internet.

This is a horrible place to keep you loved one. Nurses are in their own world, some talk back to patients and family. Administrator is very unprofessional and doesn't care about the facility. And you can read about the owner online (Yousef Meystel of YAMM management). You need to be out of your mind to send your loved one here.
