2011, 1 shower room with 2 stalls per 96 residents! Majority of CNA staff difficult to work with! 2nd shift CNA staff always short-handed! Employee moral is extremely low, majority of staff is over-worked and under-paid. equipment used to hoyer or mobilize residents is out-dated and poorly maintained. No concern for Employee safety!! Expected Nursing staff to perform blood pressure, temp, Pulse when Company did not provide equiptment to complete these tasks & then repremand those who refused to guess these numbers or values for paper work! Any issues that are reported fall on deaf ears, even with higher management! I had to bring thermomator, BP cuff, etc. from my home so I could provide good care for these residents.. Management wouldn't even provide writing utensils! This facility seriously needs a complete make-over including investors, and higher management along with updating this facility to meet the needs of these residents! More funds are spent on "outward appearances" (picnics, barbaques, etc..reporting these "social events" in the local newspapers...) Instead of quality care and much needed improvements! I hope these owners/investors enjoy their profits while they can. Maybe with age, they can get a first-hand view at what happens at the LLC!
