User Reviews

01/25/2014  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Nursing staff is wonderful. Management is terrible and rude. They don't care about the residents or staff at all. It's all about money. I would never dream of sending a loved one there. The facility is falling apart and the food is terrible. The turnover rate of staff is very high. Just a morally wrong place.

The Quality of care is actually very good. The amount of staff provides is poor per shift. The build is in poor shape and needs major improvements. The turnover rate of staff and new hires is very high.

Response: Didn't you go visit your Father? How can you complain about that when you obviously don't care enough to visit. MRSA is common, you probably gave it to him.
