The administration of this facility engages in petty politics, making arbitrary decisions on admissions based on the administrator's likes or dislikes of the patient, patient's family, or religion. They then hide behind financial qualifications as rationale for rejections. You can talk with the deputy and get one answer, only to receive the flip-flop the next day. For a supposedly religiously-based organization, this unbecoming behavior needs to be exposed.

Response: A reasonably qualified impression and reports from those inside elder care suggests care there is good. However, the level of obfuscation in admissions, housing, and care is obsessive. Even the local hospitals admit to having a hard time. I've attempted to unravel the veil of secrecy twice to little benefit.

Of course some AC's can be quite elitist, so if run by strict/fundamental AC's that could explain things too.
