My mother is in there and we are planning on moving her to another home. She has been verbally abused by some LPN's. CNA's are told not to help her when the Dr. wrote orders to help her. Since she has been in there she has fallen and split her head open, but the nurse refused to call the Dr. or have have taken to the hospital. They said nothing was wrong and blood was running down the back of her head. One of the nurses gave my mother someone else's medication twice and she had to be observed till the medication wore off. She had a problem with her heart and they refused to have her taken to the hospital and my sister had to make a fuss to get her taken. Her roommate who cannot move at all got her leg broken somehow. While my Mom was in the hospital they let residents into my Mom's room and they broke several of my Mom's belongings. They say they will replace but never do. They double charged my Mom for her room while Medicare was paying and then told us we had to put my Mom in a skilled facility and that we had till the end of the month to do so, leaving us just under 4 days to do so. We have arrangements made for her to go to another home, but we will see if they try to mess it up. Some of the nurses are rude to patients, family, and CNA's too. They told us that they are a rehabilitation facility and not a nursing home, and that they do not help patients to the bathroom or anything like that. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Response: Wow! How sad is this!!
