We are very pleased with my dads care over the past four years.

The December 22, 2011 issue of The Oregon Republican Reporter reported that a woman employed by Family First was arrested for domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and driving while under the influence of alcohol. Despite this, the woman is still working at Family First. It takes a patient and sober person to work with the elderly, and one has to wonder if the owner/operator or Family First is putting the interests of her residents first. - klg

Response: Do you actually work there? Do you have a loved one being cared for there? Are you a past employee with bad intentions?

Response: I have worked there and I dedicated everything I had to them, they would not put anyone in harms way! The person the review is speaking of was a victim of circumstance and you can ask anyone and they would say the same! She is loving and more caring than anyone that has cared for my children,I would go back there if I could and continue the uptmost level of care as they have always provided!

Before reading this, please note that I am related to the owner/operator of this facility. Family first shared home is really an excellent and friendly facility. The atmosphere is much more homelike than any other assisted living or nursing care facility I have even been in. If you loved one is no longer able to live on their own and needs a little extra help you owe it to them to give consideration to Family First.
