Do not send a loved on there. Food is horrible. Not once did a nurse do a head to toe assessment which should be done each shift. The doctor was rude when family called directly to her. We were told to go through the nursing staff. My family member developed pneumonia and 2 bladder infections. We requested she be sent to the hospital they refused. They discharged her home and less than 24 hours being at home she fell and was admitted to the hospital with you guessed it pneumonia and another bladder infection plus a bedsore

Rehab was great. Took 15-30 minutes to answer light when resident wanted to use restroom. When client was sent to the hospital couldn't wait to get belongings out of the room. Some staff didn't seem very caring while others were great. Food was tasty and varied.

Staff was always to busy to provide the proper care.
The doctor shouldn't be allowed to treat patients as he never checked on my family member except once a week. The food was the worst and eventually my family member just stopped eating. The head nurse lied to me and my family multiple times and the lady in charge of the facilty did nothing about it. It's hard enough to see a loved one sick and in a rehab facility, it's harder to see them die from improper care and bedsores so bad they were all the way to the bone. Also the place is a great location to catch sepsis, mersa and other infections. Please don't put your loved ones in this facility. You will regret it for the rest of your life.

Management has an extreme lack of how to treat the employees and run the facility. I've worked there for a short period of time and within this time period I've noticed that the CNA employees have no say. The reason behind this is because management knows that the economy is low and its hard to find a job these days so they have the advantage to treat lower ranked employees like crap and on top of that they do not want to hire extra help in the CNA field to be able to provide more care for the residents.
