All employees are insured and bonded.

Training and Certification
It’s not enough to have found the right person for the job. Training is critical to delivering the kind of service you expect. All new Monarch employees are required to successfully complete our initial training courses developed by renowned author and expert on senior care, Celi Adams RN, ONC. Training doesn’t end there. As a condition of hire, our Caregivers are also required to pursue the CCA (Certified Companion Aide) training and certification. They must begin the training within 30 days of hire and are expected to pass the tests within 90 days after that. Training continues when the Caregiver is assigned to a client.
