I toured this facility and the people were very nice. I was told there was new management and staff and that improvements would be made. A couple of residents said they could already see some changes made.

There is MOLD growing everywhere. The pool has been closed for years and the pool room has been overrun with mold. Instead of cleaning it properly the owners decided to cover the doors with paper. The mold is now growing on the paper and can be seen through the glass doors. There is mold growing out of ceiling air vents. There has been no transportation for residents in over a year. I could go on and on, but I'm sure you see my point.

Beware !!! My father has had everything from small electronics to prescription drugs stolen from his room by Roland staff members. Poor security....poor accountability. Multiple thefts. Not an issolated incident.

Description of Club Roland Manor in BROWNSBURG, IN

    Built In 1986 , Number of Beds : 96

Encompassing a broad range of living arrangements and care options, assisted living and independent living services offered by Club Roland Manor are designed to provide you with all that you need to live as comfortably and enjoyably as possible. Assisted living is the perfect place for seniors who need some support but want to maintain their independence. Assisted living is advantageous for seniors. Studies show that living near peers and participating in social activities leads to a higher quality of life. Assisted living offers senior-friendly residences and a warm staff. Communities have additional services that include round-the-clock supervision and security, access to professional nurses, emergency call systems, help with daily living, and nutritious meals prepared by chefs. Laundry, housekeeping, social programs, and local transportation are typically provided as well. When you are self-reliant but want the company of your peers, enjoying amenities and services specifically for seniors, choose independent living. Intended for both individuals and couples, these senior communities are also known as senior apartments, retirement villages, and communities for 55 and older. Residents stay in private apartments or individual homes with a variety of community amenities, services, and programs tailored just for seniors. Your personal belongings, such as furniture and favorite mementos, can move to your new home with you. With maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping taken care of, seniors can focus on personal needs instead of the daily demands of home ownership. Because independent living communities are intended for older adults who need little or no assistance, most do not offer medical care or supervision. Community services and amenities usually include fitness clubs, dining facilities, swimming pools, golf courses, hiking trails, social events, and more. Club Roland Manor is a community where you'll experience a comfortable new beginning with a dedicated staff. In this community, residents find a full range of assisted living and independent living services, as well as a helpful, caring staff. Assisted living offers help on an as-needed basis, with the goal of supplying the support required to stay as self-reliant as possible. For seniors who can care for themselves but who want to enjoy a low-maintenance life, independent living is the ideal choice. If you are looking for the perfect assisted living and independent living services for you or a loved one, call today to find out more.
