At last check, the facility had 48 residents indicating that it is 80% occupied which is about average within the state of Indiana. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.

02/12/2011 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: The nursing home did not contact me, but I was in town and stopped by unannounced. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The facility was clean and smelled good. I was given a tour and information about how to go about admitting my loved one, however, there is a waiting list for long term care.
