Overall the staff is friendly, however I found the AL nursing staff to not be proactive and a bit (quite a bit) lax in the care of my loved one and really want to sit beack and do nothing even with repeated phone calls from family voicing concerns. Given the reputation of the community and the amount of money my loved one pays each month I could not be more disappointed and let down.
