Overall, I would not trust the care of my loved one with this company. Their unprofessionalism runs the gamit...from the receptionist to the upper management, the level of skill is not up to par. The aides hired by this company seemed to have come from another world. Things that seem like common sense (cleaning up after themselves/client, notifying the primary care giver of changes in schedule throughout the day if aide has to leave, aides showing up on time and as scheduled, etc.) seem to be unheard of notions for most people involved with this company. There have been 1-3 aides that we've come across that were absolutely excellent in caring for my loved one and that's what has kept me with the company these past few years. But here recently we've had trouble with aides leaving their shift early without notification or permission, my loved one being left alone for the last 3 hours of a scheduled shift because the scheduler was unable to find a replacement, not disposing of bodily waste appropriately, to finally theft in our home to which the administration says that they are not liable for when only their aides were in our home. It is really hard having other people in your home when you are away and the last thing you want to worry about as a caregiver in what is going on in your home and the level of care your loved one is receiving. The slogan skilled nursing home health aides should be used very, very loosely! I'm now in the process of looking for another agency and hope that I have a better experience than the one I have had with this company.
