08/20/2011  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

Inconsistent quality of care --- PTs rotated through case; not receptive to information shared by PTs from nursing home; nurses often seen/heard at nursing station completing personal conversations while multiple call lights visible. Speech therapist was rude; areas of concern in patient's care at home --- need for focus on transfer skills, emphasis on strength building, etc... disregarded. Patient regressed from therapy provided in nursing home when should have certainly been able to have maintained at very least.
