My grandma has been in this facility for 3 months. Average care at best. But recently had flu spread through her unit and nearly all residents got sick. She was extremely ill. We understand not all problems can be avoided, but we don't think they did enough to protect residents from getting sick.

Looks pretty. But the care was not what was expected for the price. The staff seemed distant and always complained about being understaffed. Do not let the looks fool you.

My mother had 10 falls from December 27, 2012 to June 18, 2013..6th month time frame. There was very little corrective action. Then while my mother was on her deathbed, diamond earrings were stolen from her ears! My experience has been very disappointing while she was in long term care.
