My Mother just graduated from their therapy program and is able to go home - something that I thought we would not achieve due to her illness. The staff was kind and helpful, never a harsh word or glance. I would highly recommend it. She had been hospitalized with breathing problems prior to her stay at Springhill, but never had any further problems there. I don't believe that there are any mold issues as is stated below.

Please reconsider if leaning toward this facility. Lack of attentiveness is a big issue, "miscommunication" and as some people may not think this is important, I have never received a phone call, a letter, a card, flowers and not one member of the staff here attended my family members funeral. If my family member was "loved" and looked at as "family" to them, they have did not show it at the time of her/his death.

Response: staff is not required to attend funerals, they are paid for their time.Healthcare is a bussiness, we are there to make money..... without apology!!

Response: great example of compassionate care!!!

Response: Compassion comes at a price. Healthcare is a business.. Springhill is in it for the money, so proud to be a professional @#$% wiper. Would of been glad to attend your relative's funeral for $10.75 an hour

This facility was totally remodeled in the past 18 months. It offers higher level care than senior living, and has attentive staff. Very clean and modern. Very cheerful and welcoming place. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a higher level of care. It is one level and small enough that staff can attend to everyone quickly.

Response: What about the mold? and just because it is one level you have to have enough staff, which they do not.

Response: Amen, I guarantee you taht there is mold in that building. I used to work there and saw first hand the damage that was done. They did not remove all of the drywall and replace everything and the kitchen was the worst!
