Warsaw Meadows has totally remodeled their facility. I came in for a tour and was immediately greeted with a smile and ask if there was anything they could do for me. They gave me a thorough tour and answered any questions i had. I left there knowing what nursing home i was choosing for my elderly mother who had total knee replacement. The staff was excellent and pleasant in not only caring for my mothers needs but also my entire family's needs as well. Kudos to you Warsaw Meadows, you are proving a lot of negative comments about you to be wrong , keep up the good work!

I love it here. I have a private room that is decorated just as I want it. They accommodate my every need and the staff is just wonderful!

The place is seeming to improve. Evidently, the old DON left at the end of last year (and is now ruining another home in Albian named Northridge Village, owned by the same company). The place is obviously cleaner and I saw employees busy with the residents, NOT busy texting on their phones like before. And, best of all, that horrible smell is GONE. They did receive the best State inspection in town recently, but that's not saying much, because ALL the Warsaw places seem to have low scores compared to the places in other towns. There is hope for those poor residents, thank God. The place was getting so bad before, that our doctor refused to send anyone there.

I did a walk through recently. It was very clean, although in middle of a renovation. The residents appeared very happy. There were staff and student nurses from a local college all over talking and interacting with the residents. Any negative revirlewers need to take another look. I also only saw a few empty beds. I read their state board of health inspection and it was the best one in Warsaw for 2013. I am taking my family member there.

Take a tour for yourself. The place is old, smelly and looks like the company won't put any money into it. EXCEPT they did build a beautiful, clean, modern hallway awhile back that still sits empty because they are waiting for high-paying residents that aren't coming THERE. (While the poor residents live on halls in bad need of painting and repair. How depressing for people who are already depressed.) And, you will also see for yourself that most of their employees are addicted to texting. They need to put those phones away and spend more time with the people who have to live there!

I beg to differ on the negative reviews related to Warsaw Meadows care Center. As a family member of a loved one there I am not saying there perfect because no one is, however I have had nothing but good experiences at that nursing facility. I respect the staff and the management as well related to the fact that they dont take normal residents like the rest of the nursing homes in this town. If you ask my opinion the staff works harder because they have some pretty difficult residents that I have seen the staff deal with very well, no one else is willing to take them but Warsaw Meadows does and yet they still have a smile on there face. The only time my loved one hasnt gotten there pain pill was when it wasnt due to be given. I am a firm believer that it take a "pleasant person" to know one. Thank you Warsaw Meadows for keeping your head held high despite the negativness that this community continues to give you!

Very bad nursing home. smells and staff are rude. there was a man walking around naked and the nursing staff laughed and did not help him. Even the D.O.N was laughing and texting on her phone. The staff sit around and gossip and text on phones. I needed a pain pill in the morning and the nurse refused to give it to me even tho it was time.( she stated she didnt have time and sat there and texted. I then i asked the ADON the blonde girl and she im not your nurse). Please do not send your loves ones here.

This is the worst nursing home I have ever been to. So unclean. Staff is rude and dont answer call lights right away. Plz do not sent your family here the think of your family member as a paycheck. The facililty is has no updates and do no care about patients. The management are not professional at all. Plz think about sending your family somewhere else or getting them out of there. There are many many state reportables that family is unaware of. THIs place is noooooooooooooo goood.
