Management is out of touch with residents and families and it keeps getting worse. Just when it was improving they got rid of our boss and brought back people he got rid of. Avoid this place if you can.

I am the daughter of a current resident and I must say, I am very dissatisfied with the care and management of this place.
My Mother has mentioned the staff is unprofessional and the building hasn't been updated in years. I have noticed the management turn over and also my questions and problems are hardly ever resolved. I am always forwarded to their headquarters and they never return my calls, I feel as if I'm ignored. My mom moved in less then a year ago so if we move we forfeit the rest of the upfront fee. That must be why they have it, so it's harder to move out.
I have begun the search for a new place for my mom to live.

Response: As the child of another resident at Bickford, I fully agree with this statement
