Our staffing ratio is typically 1 to 8-not counting the nurse manager. Each resident has a lovely private room with a window seat and desk area plus a private 1/2 bath. We have a resident tended vegetable garden and two fenced patio/garden areas with walking paths. We are located in a quiet residental area in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The city bus stops at the corner of our lot. We care for mild to moderately demented residents who can still participate in most activities of daily living in some manner.
