As a former resident, I would NOT recommend this facility. Poor organization; no scheduled times for medication OR meals. Many rules (some completely nonsense), others transparent. Goal seems to be gaining full control of the residents, in some cases encouraging behavior changes not conducive to helping residents become well AND whole. Technicians are young (minimal experience), staff drawn from pool new to the United States; may or may not speak comprehensive English. Noisy (alarms sounding all day & night). Management is not people-friendly or adequate listeners. Most of the medical staff needs training in patient care. Scary place to be incarcerated.
