Not enough skilled nurses on staff for Health Center residents. Use "two week" trained staff for most of work--they try but not skilled enough or knowlegable about the patients-too many patients. Rooms in health center too small for two beds, especially where wheel chairs and walkers are needed. Bathrooms are too small to accomadate there patients--new building is in works but doesn't help now. For patients that are there for therapy, not enough given, too much time spent doing nothing. Head therapist not attuned to working with older residents, did not treat them with dignity or respect they deserve.
