I have a relative living at Bishop Drumm whom I visit often. I have found the care to be outstanding, and the management, including the Director of Nursing, have been extremely helpful and responsive. Every time I go to visit, the staff are always smiling and friendly, and they are very patient.

The biggest problem with this facility is the management. Bishop Drumm is one of the largest care facilties in Iowa, yet the new DON, hired over far more qualified applicants, is a newly graduated RN with less than two years experience in nursing period, and he moonlights as a "professional wrestler" under the name Joey Anderson.
