Willow Gardens is short on staff and has been cited by the State of Iowa heath dept for infection control and fined over 35k for lapse of care resulting in 1 death and 1 other hospitalization .... this can be verified by an article in the Des Moines Register entitled Dying Mans Plea's Ignored , Willow Gardens Administrator Denied responsibility, but paid fines without contest.
