The facility has made a lot of changes and has improved the care provided. It always smells nice in the facility and staff are very knowledgeable about residents. The call lights are answered in a very timely fashion. Staff seem to work well as a team and have good attitudes.

i had found this facility to not always be honest about their cares, or what they can provide to what they actually do provide. they have gone through an abundance of employees, and the kitchen has run out of food they are serving, so not all residents are served the same as what the menu reads. My family member runs out of supplies often, and when asked for more, staff says they are out, don't know when more are coming.

Response: i agree. i have been in this facility and there was a strong urine odor as soon as i got in the door. i also noticed residents asking for help and being told to "hold on a minute." i am not sure this is a facility i would choose for a family member either.
