Staff are very rude and disrespectful to residents and their family members. Nurses aids are lazy and nurses yelling and using inappropriate lanuguage in the hallways. Please do not send your family members to this facility. I think this facility needs to be shut down

Some of the staff are very caring, but while my parent was in rehab at least 3 residents fell out of their beds durng the night. Frequent I heard the nurses yell at residents for yelling that they needed help.My mother went over 5 days waiting for a bath. PT staff is excellent. They really worked with my mother to get her back on her feet and walking.
