Under staffed!!!!!!!!!! Out dated equipment!! High risk for falling. Very disappointed of a medical place in my home town. My grandparents where there 10year ago when it was much better care. I am so regretful that we have placed my family member there this time!

The new management under makes the nursing department understaffed for the load of care involved with all of the residents. They are more concerned about the bottom dollar then they are the residents. The staff are overworked. I wish this wasnt the case because they all care deeply about each resident. They have cut jobs in all departments and those visiting may not be able to see it but the people working can.

I Thought the facility was clean. The staff was friendly and caring. The residents were taken good care of from what I could see. The residents were happy in my opinion. All the nurses that took care of my mother were caring. I have no idea why they have a low rating. My brother and sister-in-law felt the same as my husband and I did. If they were pretending to care when we were there, they deserve an acadamy award.

This facility is the same place as the Durand Convalescent Center. It was sold about four years ago and renamed. My mother has been a resident there for seven years. The problems have increased gradually since new owners took control. They have a very high turnover of employees and the morale among employees goes lower as time goes on. We are now looking to move her to another facility.
