While waiting on medicaid to start, which Karen was fully aware of, went to my mom and upset her about financial matters, when she knew that I am the legal guardian, my mom had just gotten settled, now she is scared, upset, lawyer will take it from here, the aides and nursing staff are great

ONLY FAULT, THEY HAVE A TREMENDOUS TURNOVER IN PERSONNEL. EXCEPT WHEN HAVING A STATE INSPECTION, THE HELP IS FALLING ALL OVER EACH OTHER, AFTER THE INSPECTION IT IS BACK TO NORMAL, LOW STAFFING.

In my opinion, the Administration of the facility seem only interested in the numbers, not the care of residents or treatment of their nurses. There is a lot of RN / LPN turnover that should be reviewed by State / Federal inspectors....
