I was told my family member "recovered" from her condition and given two days to find another place for her to go. I didn't know you "recovered" from Alzheimers. When I complained I was then given the silent treatment by staff. In my opinion administration there doesn't care two cents about the patients. The nurses and staff were nice however.

Although the Business area is well kept and the Administrative staff can ramble on and on about how attentive and personable the staff are on a daily basis and all the wonderful resident activities and interactions they will have, it is a very different reality once you pass thru the glass doors. It would be to anyone's best interest to sit back and watch the staff interact, mostly with each other, how resident's are engaged, cared for, and encouraged to do ANYTHING. They may have the staff numbers to impress some but those numbers mean nothing when most of the nursing staff is doing just that-nothing.
