I cannot imagine this facility passing any type of certificate or test to stay open. Residents are constantly wet, alarms are not checked, and they are constantly under staffed. The staff talks to the residents rudely and do not treat them with any type of respect. Medicines are not given on time and the doctors do not see patients as they need to. There is no communication between staff members. I honestly would not take a stray dog to this place.
