This is more of a fraud complaint. Fraud is something that appears to be someone/something they're not, true, etc. Some of the employees at WoodCrest Manor are felons, some have class A felony drug heroin trafficking charges, bad employee track records, they cannot pass a drug screen without using someone else' urine, etc. This company is providing health care to our elders, to our veterans, so they should do more updated background checks and current drug screenings, which is not being done. This is a serious matter that needs looked in to as soon as possible.

This has got to be the worst nursing home I could have sent my loved one to. What the management tells you and what the employees are doing and saying to the patients are two different things. Food is poorly prepared and when patients ask for more they tell them they are out of food, not to mention the patients are not fed supper till 6 to 6:30..if they are lucky

We had to put our relative into the care of this home and so far has been wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. My relative is old and needs the care of a home. The nurses and staff are very good.

my Mother was referred to this nursing home Woodcrest by the hospital she was in and she needed further treatment so she could come home she wasn't there but for a few days not even a week my sister and I got her out of there as soon as we could. The short time she was there she wet herself 4 times that I am aware of because no one would come when her string was pulled or it took too long for someone to come and she could not wait. She fell once trying to get to the bathroom and bursed her back and scratched it pretty bad, she also received a skin tear as they called it on her arm which bleed badly. I was told by the nursing director that they were doing the best there could do. Not good enough for us, if you love the person you have in this home get them out or at least make sure yours getting treated and cared for properly.
