After caring for my mother full time for 6 years, it was difficult to make the decision for nursing care. Bluegrass Care and Rehab has been a wonderful experience for Mom, and for us. The staff is professional and so caring. I would like to see the planned remodeling commence, but other than that, we have NO complaints.

I am a family member currently. This facility has come so far! The caring attitudes and the love shown to my mother during her stay at Bluegrass could not be better. The rehab department is 5 Star quality. She will be going home with a great love for Bluegrass and its staff. I highly recommend this facility for rehab.

My father was here and we had to constantly inquire where his clothes were. Not to mention the gross negligence that occurred while here. After we brought him home he lived 15 days and then passed away.
