This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! don't ever send a loved one here. They are ignored and not cared for. My dad says they only act and treat him decent when one of the family members is there. I have seen this and sometimes even with family there the staff is rude and doesn't listen. I would not take my dogs here. We are now trying to find another facility. This place is atrocious! !! I could go on for days with bad stuff about this place. PLEASE JUST DON'T EVER LET YOUR FAMILY GO HERE. IF THEY DO YOU WILL REGRET IT!! that is where my family is now!! :(

If you HAVE to send a family member there do not leave them alone. The staff is rude and incompetent. They are mean to the patients. They are always short staffed. Every time I have to leave something bad happens. it is almost like they are trying to kill her.

Response: thank you for the review. They want to put a family member there and I was apprehensive. Your review confirmed my suspicions. Ill look for another facility.

Response: I'm so sorry!

Disgusting place. My grandfather is on his death bed and all we want is to bring him home, and make him comfortable. We called kindred three times this morning and they told is they have contacted hospice already...finally we called hospice to see why they were taking so long and hospice said that they havent recieved any calls from kindred. Then they said kindred hasnt started his discharge forms...after kindred told us THREE times they already have his discharge forms ready. And then they complained that we already called three times. It's all about money. We did encounter one nice nurse named Judy, I feel sorry for her. That place is a @#$% hole. Do not ever send your love ones there!!!

Patients not being properly taken care of.Patients are left laying in their own bowel movements, given the wrong food to eat-especially diabetics, not given baths on a daily bases,Nurses get irriated at patients and they treat them badly. They do not listen to the patients. There are quite a few there that just seem like the dont want to be there. They do not have enough aides to take care of patients. On 4th floor they have between 11 to 13 patients per aide.On that floor you need more aides.Bells are always going off on that floor. You need to care more that you do.Quit making the patients look like their in the wrong.Quit making the patients feel uncomfortable,so uncomfortable they wont speak up.They feel intimidated my you all, that is just wrong, the patient is there to be taken care of and you are getting paid to take care of them.Do your jobs or get out of there.

Response: This year is 2013 and I have a family member going threw this exact same problem. I wonder why these problems are not resolved instead of getting worse. A person whom is I'll or injured should be given good care that's why they are there instead of given this type of care. I cry at times knowing how he lays there and feels with bm on him sometimes for hours and I try to clean it up as best as can alone. And yes the way he's treated at times like he is such a bother if he needs help or they have to do what they are hired to do.
