My mother lived there from October 2016 to February 2017. In that time, she fell which resulted in a tramatic brain injury (on top of her Alzheimers) and a critical UTI which landed her in the hospital for 11 days. We had asked staff SEVERAL time to address the UTI as there was blood in her urine and in her diaper. When she became delirious, we asked that an ambulance be called and were told it was not an emergency and that is the only time an ambulance is called. We pressed that it was indeed an emergency and were told "if you want to take her yourself, go ahead." We did take her to the emergency room and were told that if she had gone another day, her kidneys might have shut down. The ER doctor did not have much good to say about this facility except "we see a LOT of people from there". I would not take a rabid dog to this facility. It is understaffed and depressing.

Do not believe these people when they assure you that they can provide end of life comfort care. THEY CANNOT!
Get your loved one out of there and into Hospice ASAP!!!

the professional staff is very unprofessional. They lie to the state about the care they are providing. The Director of Nursing and her boyfriend whom is an employee are very unprofessioanl as well.
