This used to be a decent facility, but isn't any longer. It needs significant improvements in all areas.

After being here for years, believe me you see a lot, they have an excuse or answer for everything,I do not believe anything the administrators say, when we ask them to check into an incident, the aid is always right, they are very understaffed, 1 aid to 40 residents and on weekends, holidays, it is worse. If I had it to do over again, I would not put my love one in this place.

I find with the residents that most are very dissatisfied with this place, food is horrible, they are very understaffed and they mislead you on many issues.

very clean and neat

Response: While this place may be clean and neat most of the time, it does not mean that the residents are being well taken care of. I go very often and I hear horror stories, I have seen and heard aids verbally abusing residents. Most residents do not like being there and they are very understaffed having to make residents wait 30 min or more to go to the bathroom.

I found that the staff is very helpful! What minor concerns we have had were acted on immediately, and we have now been here for awhile. The aides especially are very accomodating. I have spoken to other family members as well, not many, but a few and they seem satisfied as well. We looked around prior to coming here and our initial thoughts have been confirmed. I'm sure they're not perfect, but we have been very satisfied with the care and the activities they have for our mother.

Was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this facility upon a tour, but soon found out that cleanliness by itself does not a best facility make. The unprofessionalism of some staff members towards patients is atrocious. Would not recommend.

Response: I agree with this person, the staff is very unprofessional and many should not be working in a nurshing home and especially with elderly people. They are there to collect a paycheck, nothing else. There are a few good aids, but very few and from what I was told that all the good aids has quit because of the way they are being treated so that means the aids that are taking care of the residents could care less about the elderly.
