Mom begged us to not send her back there. Too much turn over in the nursing & CNA staff. They tell you one thing but what actually happened or happens is the opposite.

I don't know if I would live here. It seems the things they tell you don't really happen here. Paitents don't get a bath for 3 days is a little stinky to me. I'm just not used to these conditions.
