User Reviews

i have found on numerous visits that RA S are never to be found and it isn't because they are in a room helping a resident. It's because they are sitting on a floor that is not there desinated floor being loud , crude at times and or asleep. I must say that i have seen one activity person I'll just say the redhead whom always seems happy and smiling and the residents just love her. I will say the reason for not always reporting these RAS is because my loved one is afraid of them maybe giving them a unpleasant time so to speak. I have reported to the director Robin Rich and alas she generally comes across indignant. Always has an excuse for whatever reason. My love one also says that the food is absolutely horrible and I must agree as for I have had dinner and it was cold and overcooked. I rarely ever see and inter action between the staff and residents it is like they are afraid to get near them , that they might catch something. But the one person whom i have talked about she shows love and affection. Always shows respect and patience along with understanding. I have to say that she is really the one reason my loved one doesn't want to move. Also if your lucky enough make sure if you move in that you ask for terrace as for the only other wonderful person there is a woman called tyra. She also loves her residents that are on her floor, it really shows.
