My mother was at this nursing home and it was the worse experiences of our lives! The staff is rude and unbelievably mean to the residents there. Nobody returns your phone calls or contacts you about your love ones conditions. My mother did not see and doctor or receive physical therapy like she needed. The facility was dirty and the patients were sitting around in dirty clothes. My mothers health had gotten worse while staying at the Hamilton Center to the point where I had to remove her from the facility and take her to our doctor. I had been told that her broken hip was worse then before and now she may never walk again. Please do not let your loved ones suffer like my mother did.
