If it were possible to give this place a zero score, I would. The staff is rude. MOST do not speak English. They refuse to answer the phone. I have called and the phone has rung over hundred times with no one answering. I once called on my cell standing just a few feet away and watched them refuse to answer the ringing phone. So it was not a matter of them being busy attending to patients. I have walked in on staff attending to my mother while they were berating her for soiling herself. What part of she has had a major stroke do they not understand? Or maybe they just don't understand that cleaning a patient up after they have soiled themselves is a part of the job. My mother was a diabetic, yet there was cakes, cookies, etc. on her tray all the time. I asked if it was sugar free they said no. They kept telling me that her blood sugar way skyhigh and not to bring in any food for her. No one had brought in any food since Christmas and her sugar was still skyhigh when she passed in May. They just do a poor job with dietary concerns. About an hour and a half after my mother passed away I was called by a nurse to say that , "If I don't come and remove my mother's things from the room within the next rew hours we will throw them into the garbage." Who talks to a grieving family member like that not 2 hours after a death? The business office is a joke. I would call them and ask them how much I owed them and would get multiple answers. Sometimes from the same person. If I was late with a payment by one day, I would get harassing phone calls, emails and postal mail. Trust me I understand they need their money, but my mother died nearly six months ago and they still haven't sent the refund check of over $11,000. I guess it is ok for them to be late or maybe they just plan on keeping the money. Who knows? ... I can't get them to answer the phone to find out.

Response: thats a lie that place is good i used to work there . its one of the best in town

The workers that were assigned to a member of my family were abusive. They bully vulerable patients. They get away with it because they protect each other. Don't put your family there.

OUTRAGE.... If you call the facility... IF you get an answer on the phone .. beware, the person may not be competent to answer your question. I called tonight, for example, it rang so long that the phone cut off. I called back, the person that answered the phone didn't speak English. I called back a THIRD time, the person that answered the phone, didn't answer the phone correctly, then told me she didn't have the training to put the phone on hold, nor did she know how to transfer a call...
