01/29/2018  -  An Interested Visitor Writes:

My wife has been a resident at the Cumberland Country House since the last week of March 2017. I have visited her 6 to 7 times each week, except for a two week period, since she has been there. I have observed that all of the Staff perform their duties in a professional manner and work together to care for all the residents even though each has different needs. Management is always available to discuss the personal needs of each resident with the family and gets involved with the direct care of the residents.
I have the satisfaction that my wife is getting the best of care. Her medication is given to her as scheduled and they transport her to her doctor's appointments on time. She tries to get involved with many activities provided for them, such as bingo, arts and crafts, taking short tour bus trips, etc. I realized that she is not capable of participating in some the activities,as well as most of the residents, but the Staff remains very positive.
