I would never put a loved one at heritage. Patient care is terrible. The hallways continually have a strong oder of feces . This facility is understaffed as many patients wait in their soiled diapers to be cleaned and changed. Too many of the staff have been employed there too long and appear that they really don't care and work very hard at not doing their job

I placed my loved one here for rehab on 2 different occasions this year. Both times I have had issues with someone turning my mom's cell phone to silent & turning the ringer down to 1. They tell me my loved one does this but my loved one can hardly remember how to dial the phone and has never understood how to change the settings on this particular phone. Now tonight they tell her she is no longer allowed to have ice. My loved one also fell a few weeks ago hitting her head. It wasn't until I went there and argued that they needed to take her to the hospital that they finally called 911 for her.
