Not sure. Love one has been there for a couple of years and they still have not improved in the areas a room cleanliness, bathing loved one and getting them up for meals. The decor and landscaping is what you pay for. Staff is lazy and management does not address your issues; more so finds words to say you can take them somewhere else. We were hoping with the small ratio of residents, our love one could get better care. Resident rooms smelling like @#$%! Poor laundrying, lost of clothing, and items. Very disappointed. Very.
