I had my parent here for several years. It's a very basic level of care. Most of the aides are nice, but the common complaint is lack of training. This has also been cited on the State of Maryland Elder Care site. You get what you pay for.

Response: This is still true about this place 3 years later. Aides do not have compassion or training! My mother was there and it was awful she cried a lot and they tried to say she was combative but she is a new person since you moved to another location, she is really thriving. Autumn Meadows provide nothing but TV watching and the food is prepared by the aides which is awful. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Home-like atmosphere, fairly clean, friendly staff. No activity director, so few activities provided. Good if your parents just sit around and watch TV. Meals depend on the cooks abilities,so some are good and others are just fair, but they try to accomodate different tastes and needs. Cost is in-line with the services provided. Nothing special, good basic care for your parent.
